What is BlockMind?
BlockMind is an intelligent crypto portfolio tracking platform. It helps you:

- Get AI-powered analysis on any token

Is BlockMind free?
Yes! BlockMind is currently free to use:
- Unlimited portfolio tracking
- Unlimited DeepDive analyses
- Full access to market data
We plan to introduce premium features in the future, but core functionality will remain free.
How do I create an account?
- Go to blockmind.app
- Click Sign Up
- Enter your email
- Verify with the code we send you
- Done!
No password needed — we use secure email verification.
Security & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. We take security seriously:
- All connections are encrypted (HTTPS)
- We never store your private keys
- Wallet connections are read-only
- Your portfolios are private by default
Can BlockMind access my funds?
No. BlockMind only has read-only access to your public wallet addresses. We cannot:
- Move your funds
- Approve transactions
- Access your private keys
Think of it like a blockchain explorer that knows which addresses to look at.
What data do you collect?
We collect:
- Your email (for authentication)
- Wallet addresses you connect (to track holdings)
- Usage data (to improve the product)
We don't:
- Share your data with third parties
- Sell your information
- Track you across the web
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Contact support@blockmind.app to request complete data deletion.

How do I connect a wallet?
- Go to Portfolio → Import Wallet
- Click Connect Wallet
- Select your wallet from the modal
- Approve the connection

Which wallets are supported?
BlockMind supports 300+ wallets including:
- MetaMask
- Phantom
- OKX Wallet
- Coinbase Wallet
- Any WalletConnect-compatible wallet
Which blockchains are supported?
We currently support:
- EVM chains: Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BSC, Avalanche
- Solana
More chains coming soon.
Why are some tokens missing?
Tokens might not appear if:
- They're very new and not in our database yet
- The balance is tiny (dust filtering)
- They're flagged as suspicious/spam
Check the "suspicious tokens" toggle to see filtered tokens.
Why is my balance wrong?
Balance discrepancies can happen when:
- Token price data is delayed
- Token isn't in our database (shows $0)
- Wallet was recently updated (re-scan to refresh)
Try re-scanning your wallet to update.
DeepDive
What is DeepDive?
DeepDive is our AI-powered token analysis tool. It generates comprehensive reports covering:
- Project fundamentals
- Market data and trends
- On-chain metrics
- Technical analysis
- Risk assessment
How accurate is DeepDive?
DeepDive synthesizes publicly available data using AI. It's:
- Good for quick research and identifying patterns
- Not a substitute for your own due diligence
- Not financial advice
Always verify important claims independently.
How often should I run DeepDives?
Run a new DeepDive when:
- You're researching a new token
- Market conditions change significantly
- Before making a significant investment decision
Reports reflect data at time of generation.

What does Fear & Greed Index mean?
The Fear & Greed Index measures market sentiment:
- 0-25: Extreme Fear (potential buying opportunity)
- 75-100: Extreme Greed (potential selling signal)
- 25-75: Neutral to moderate sentiment
What is Altcoin Season?
Altcoin Season occurs when altcoins outperform Bitcoin. Our index shows:
- 0-25: Bitcoin Season (BTC outperforming)
- 75-100: Altcoin Season (alts outperforming)
Where does market data come from?
We aggregate data from multiple sources including:
- CoinGecko
- On-chain data providers
- Social sentiment trackers
- Trading volume across exchanges
Account & Billing
How do I change my email?
Contact support@blockmind.app to change your registered email.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@blockmind.app with your account deletion request. We'll remove all your data within 30 days.
Will there be a paid version?
Yes, we plan to introduce premium features in the future. Current free users will keep access to core features.
